This BB is awesome for a DIYer like myself. Thanks to Scott and all you experts out there.
Anyway, Summer finally comes to the Northwest so its windows down. Greatly enjoy the sound of my stock exhaust, especially around 1900 rpm (burbling) and at 3k (throaty). Am considering routing the tailpipe outward behind the left rear to hear it better. Need to tighten up the e-brake. Can I do it from the handle end alone?? Removed the goofy bumper extensions and replaced with side molding found on the doors. Now looks much better, like an '84 I think. Is there a product that can take the scratches off the door glass? Moved the hood release to the outside left front corner of hood. Anyone in the Seattle area want my cruise control and AC parts? They don't work and I don't miss either. Yours for the taking/removal. By the way, any good parts 900 3 doors in the area? Wife solved cupholder problem by buying me a SAAB commuter mug, with the big fat bottom. Sits on the dash just fine. Otherwise we use the little plastic ones bent to fit on the door panel. Change oil every 2500 miles w/ Castrol 10-30, filter every other time. Overkill? It is fairly dirty at that interval. Don't do enough freeway driving unfortunately. What is the advantage of a sunroof deflector? And finally, ScanWest is the best.
Enough rambling. Thanks again to all the BB contributors.
