Time for a new cylinder...not a bad job. On the driver's side of the ignition barrel that the cylinder sits in you will see a small circular scribed mark. This is where you drill to access the pin in the cylinder to lift the lock out. Remove the driver's seat to get clear access. Drill gently to make a hole at the mark just through the housing. Turn the cylinder with your special tool(screwdriver) until the release hole in the cylinder lines up with the hole you drilled. Use a 1/8 inch drill bit to push into the cylinder hole to release the cylinder. You should then be able to pull the cylinder out. A new cylinder with steel keys is about $70. Of course the keys will not match the door lock. You can have a locksmith re-key the cylinder to match the door or just live with two keys. good luck
