Not yelling, but answers in caps for readability....

Pioneer makes these 4" speakers they sell at Walmart Will these fit in the front speaker holes without modification?
WALMART? ANYWAY, 4" SPEAKERS SHOULD FIT.

also

I have a convertable with speakers mounted in side rear panels are these speakers 4x10's or something different. If different what will waesily go in here?
BELIEVE THOSE ARE 6/6.5" SPEAKERS
also

Should I relocate new radio to lower spot & get this E Bay Ford Taurus cup holder thing? A BIT OF A PAIN IN THE BUTT TO DO THIS, BUT IT IS CONVENIENT TO HAVE A CUP HOLDER AND COIN TRAY.

Does this look good
NOT REALLY. YOU'VE SEEN, YOU KNOW WHAT THEY LOOK LIKE. IF YOU'RE ASKING IF THEY LOOK STOCK, THEY PRETTY MUCH DO.

& work well
CUP HOLDER IS REALLY ONLY FOR MODEST CUPS/CANS. I'M NOT A FAN OF THOSE 4 LITERS OF SODA ONE CAN PURCHASE FROM FAST FOOD AND QUICKIE MART PLACES, WHICH IS FORTUNATE AS SUCH LARGE VESSELS DO NOT FIT IN THE CUPHOLDER. UNFORTUNATELY, REGULAR SIZED BOTTLES OF H2O DON'T EITHER.

also

Where can I mount Power Amp I hear under back seat? is there 12 v power there already?

YOU CAN MOUNT AN AMP UNDER THE SEAT. IT'S NOT AN IDEAL PLACE FOR A BIG AMP BECAUSE THERE'S NOT MUCH AIR CIRCULATION GOING ON UNDER THE SEAT. I MOUNTED MINE UNDER THE DRIVER'S SEAT. WORKS FINE AND JUST TAPPED POWER FROM THE DASH AND RAN THE WIRE. YOU HAVE TO RUN THE PREAMP WIRE ANYWAY...........

THANK YOU
your welcome.
