irrespective of other considerations. Putting a chilin' in back on any two door gets old. Safety-wise, the little one would probably be better off than adults in the car in a rollover as the carriers scarcely rise above the door sill and will act somewhat as a cage. The harness in it is probably better at restraining the occupant that the 3 point harness we get too.
Buy a cheap 4 doorfor a few years and you'll reap peace of mind from multiple fronts. Keep the ragtop for weekend and childless outings.
