Todd has great prices and will make good on problems. But it can be frustrating if you plan on getting a car fixed and can't do it for 3 weeks due to missing parts. We bought a 92 9000T and I figured I'd order everything to make it reliable. Things such as balance shaft chain and sprocket, cv boots, etc. Well, I ordered 4 cv boots to cover both of our 9000 and got boots for 900. Not a big deal since I can keep them for my spg later on. THen I receive two of one balance shaft chain guide and none of the other. SO I call and order two more parts and tell him to throw the missing part in with that second order. The box shows up a few days later with a receipt for the two newly ordered parts but ONLY the missing chain guide is there! So I called again and received those two parts later on that week. I realize no one is perfect and plan on ordering from him again. Heck, even thesaabsite sent me spark plugs that wouldn't fit the 9000. I tore the boxes open in my excitement to get them installed and get the car on the road..and therefore can't send them back for an exchange. Sometimes I wonder how many times I could screw up simple things like that at work before getting myself fired?
