and i have a few questions.
my mom bought my current saab a few years back, without have a mechanic check it out. That turned out to be a mistake, as it had a bad headgasket, etc.
how much should i expect to pay to have a mechanic look at a car, and what are things that he should certainly check?
along a different line, the reason im looking at another car is i want to get a turbo car. I am itching to play around with mine now, start mods, etc, but it really seems a better idea to do it to a turbo, and not my NA. Since my mom has been trying to buy the current car from me for a few years, if i can pick up a turbo for cheapish, i can give the current one to my mom for cheap.
I am hoping to find an spg, so the question is, how much more is it worth paying for an spg than a normal 900t, given that the cars are in similar condition otherwise? are there years that the spg is better than other years?
do any of you know websites detailing the differences between the SPG and the 900t for different years? Id like to make an informed decision if i do end up doing this.
thanks a ton guys,
dave
