I'd suggest getting a spare brake fluid res. cap from a junker. Pick up a mityvac and epoxy a hose to a hole you drill in the cap. Instant (almost) pressure bleeder. Pulling vac on the slave bleed screw tends to pull air past the threads. I've been frustrated by this method.
As Boomer mentioned, others have described many homemade devices. One that comes to mind uses a bike tire innertube or a bike pump. Can't recall.
You can bleed via the "pump the pedal with a helper" method just like brakes. It's a lot of air to bleed out and this can get old quickly.
I like the pressure method because I can pump the mityvac in my right hand and crack the bleeder with my left.
Careful with the threads on the slave. It's aluminum and you don't want to strip them out...maybe it's just me.
