Could be as much as $700 or so (remember the South Park cartoon where the guy talks about the Loch Ness monster who kept appearing at his door asking for 'sebenfitty'?).
Reason for high cost is both the dealer labor cost and the high probability that the oil pump/oil pump seal behind the harmonic balancer will need to be (or one could argue should be) replaced when you get the balancer replaced. Or worse if you need a new water pump.
OTOH, it could just be coincidence and the overheating is due to the radiator, squeal is due to loose A/C belt, one can only hope.
