It might be repairable, it's definately easily replaceable.
To get to it, you remove the door inner panel, which will give you access to the screws holding the door handle on. Undo them (one at the back of the door) and the handle (with lock) comes off in your hand. Undo a screw holding
The door mechanism is part of a thin metal tube. The tumbler just slips into the tube, and is held in place by a crimp or two at the back. Straighten out the crimps and pop out the tumbler.
The door mechanism is at the front of the cylinder held in with a little spring.
Quite frankly, I've never gotten it to work quite right after it breaks. The best I've done is simply remove the little door. Yes, water gets in, but I've had no problems in a few years driving around that way. I use lock lube a lot as a preventative.
If you want to, you can replace the sleeve/door assembly. I'd just get a door handle assembly with lock from a junkyard, pop out the cylinder, swap out the tumber with one matching your car, and you're good to go.
Good luck!
