First, go back to basics; take off ALL the belts. Make sure all your pulleys are parallel & lined up with each other. Since it burned up immediately, I can only guess that something's seriously out of line. That should be visible, but maybe you can lay a straightedge across the pulleys?? I wonder if there's any combination of wrong-model-year pulleys that can be misaligned to give you this problem.

With the belts off, grab each pulley & try to wobble it (all 6 of em). None of them should be loose. All 5 except the crank will spin easily, but they better spin straight & smooth without looseness. The alternator itself should be firmly in place. You'll feel the rubber mounting grommets flex a bit, but nothing should be loose.

Is there anything else in there where it doesn't belong? Anything rubbing on any of the belts when you install them? (Like a power steering hose?)

Crank pulley / harmonic balancer...
There is a layer of rubber between the hub & the pulleys of that part. It gets hard or slippery or shrinks or whatever. Then the pulleys can slip on the hub. If its bad enough, you could grab the pulley & turn it without making the crankshaft turn. Maybe yours is wobbly or something; have you ever watched while the engine's running?

A test for the crank pulley is to put chalk marks or something across the hub & all the pulleys. After running the engine, the marks should still line up. Unless its totally loose & wobbly, I don't think it would burn up a belt this quickly.
