I'd recommend addressing the brakes problem first. It could leave you without brakes in short order, so don't hesitate on that job.

As for the others, my triage (sp?) list would go like this, first being of greater urgency, last, the least urgent:

1) Brakes (already said that, though, but wanted to stress it).
2) Power steering pump. (Did leaky rack run all the fluid out & kill pump? Might need rack, too, alas.)
3) "hesitates if you really floor it"...start with a tune-up: spark plugs, distributor cap, rotor, check timing, maybe O2 sensor if never replaced, etc.
4) Rust spots: Vile plague which you shouldn't turn your back on. Get 'em fixed before this automotive-melanoma spreads.
5) Shifter adjustment? Sounds like either shifter is out of adjustment or (gasp) fluid-filled motor mounts--if equipped--may be going bad. This may not apply to your Turbo, I don't know about T's.
6) Electric sunroof motor.

This is just my 2 cents, so take it with a grain of salt, but I'd put #1 and #2 first over all, in any case.
