Alright, everything is squared away. Here's how it's going down:
Bo Engstrom will be placing his order for the lights on the 26th. They should take 1-2 weeks to receive, and then another week or two to get out to the end user. As such, expect to see the lights towards or shortly after the middle of September.
On the 26th, I will forward 25% of the total to Bo, and retain the remaining 75% until the order has arrived at Bo's location. Once the order is confirmed inventory, I'll release the remaining amount. I will not dispose of or transfer the held funds until it's confirmed the order has arrived. I will be paying with a credit card, to offer protection in the event something goes wrong. In the event the worst happens, I'll return everyone's $$$s in the same method it was sent to me.
Here are the prices:
'79-'86 900s are $40/pr
'87-'93 900s are $80/pr
'94+ 900s are $80/pr
snub-nosed 9000s are $80/pr
slant-nosed 9000s are $75/pr
CS-bodied 9000s are $65/pr
9-5s are $80/pr
c900s and 9000s are exceptionally available. NG900s/9-3s/9-5s may experience delays in receipt as they are not necessarily available through Speedparts - they may only be available through European dealers. Please keep that in mind when ordering! These prices represent approximately 20% off US pricing. That's slightly higher than Elk Parts website pricing (with the current exchange rate) but substantial money will be saved on shipping & tax. Shipping is a flat $10/pr domestically and $13/pr to Canada. Anywhere else in the world, we can't help you... :(
Please note the following:
o These lights are NOT DOT approved, and may not be legal for use on the road in the US. Use of these lights is restricted to off-road only - any other use is at your own risk.
o This deal is for end-users only, no resellers or distributors please. All purchases are restricted to two (2) pair of two (2) differing models, for a total of four pair. Please do not request any additional units over this amount.
o In the event supply is limited, lights will be supplied on a first-come, first-served basis. Anyone who does not receive the requested product can opt to receive a full refund or wait until Engstrom can get restocked. We won't know the full story until the box shows up in September. Wish I could do better.
o You can pay via paper (check, cash, MO) or via PayPal. If sending via the mail, PLEASE use a trackable carrier or request delivery confirmation from the post office. If paying via PayPal, please include an extra 2.5% of the total to cover the stoopid PayPal fees. Obviously, I don't want to get stuck eating those fees! :) Please email me for my mailing address; my PayPal address is justin@slashpub.net.
o I MUST receive your payment along with name, shipping address, and telephone number (IMPORTANT!) before midnight on August 25th. If, for whatever reason, you're unable to make this deadline, please let me know and I'll see what I can do.
