Hi Gorper,
so you found my post. sorry for worrying you.
yes, it's important to use the right grease, but it's even more important not to use the wrong one.
so have a look at the color of the supplied grease:
is it dark grey/black/anthracite?? then it's CV-grease (and that's the wrong one).
is it beige/brown?? then it's tripode-grease and 100% suited for the job (every genuine tripode grease is high temp and fully synthetic).
attention: of course not every beige/brown grease is tripode-grease, but if a beige/brown grease is delivered with a tripode it really should be the genuine tripode-grease.
tripode-grease is much more expensive than CV-grease, so some manufacturers supply the wrong grease.
if your joint came with CV-grease just use synthetic wheel bearing grease.
