If you want turbo performance, you're going to have to swap in the APC boost control system, turbo, exhaust downipipe, lower radiator hose, FI computer, wiring harnesses, etc, etc, etc.
It would be doable, but very time-consuming and require a large cash infusion.
On the other hand, if you have a bum 2.1 Litre engine and you just want to replace it. No, it won't swap because the turbo engine is a lower-compression engine than the non-turbo engine. It also doesn't have the crankshaft sensor for spark timing.
