'85 900S 200k red red red (?127H? i forget now, might be a different car's #)
Used exclusively RaceGlaze for 16 of the car's 17yrs - fantastic preservation on red paint. Get lots of queries on why the paint has held up so long. The previous owner had it RaceGlazed once annually in the shop, and the finish is what sold me on that car; figured I'd best keep doing the same. I 'wax' her up ea. early spring and late fall as a rule, w additional coats as time allows.
RaceGlaze L.A.S. wash: After using inexpensive TurtleWax soap for years, I now realize soap is not soap - this stuff is nice but probably any nice soap is as good.
RaceGlaze polish/sealant: Exceptionally easy on/off, looks fresh for 4mo (honest) and will bead past one yr if you're into that, brilliant finish but not as 'deep and wet' as some of the high-end waxes. Using Griot's cotton terry applicators and polishing cloths.
Highlighter: Wow, I'm into this. Is also 'wetter' looking than polish alone. Takes 15min to spoil the car rotten and it lasts for weeks!!! Dunno what the secret is. I use it whenever I'm too busy to wax the car.
