I have the same car and had the same problem. The O2 sensor pre-heater was bad. I replaced the O2 sensor and that cleared up the problem. Before you go and buy a new O2 sensor though ($250.00 + from Saab), you should test the resistance of yours across the heater wires, and also check the fuse on that circuit. Of course it could be other problems also (AIC, lambda control unit, etc.). BTW- I'm sure it's not running on only 2 cylinders for the first 30 seconds, if that were the case you'd have other major issues too.
