The squeak is actually a high-frequency shaking of some part. Usually due to the pad[s] or more likely the shim vibrating when the pads are lightly contacting the disk, but not enough to keep it from being silenced from firm pressure. This happens during light braking or some part of the transition from brake application to full stop. The most common cause is the lack of a damping compound between the pad and its shim. If you had the pads replaced, the tech should have applied it during the swap.
If the squeak is present during the full braking duration [with a bit of growling tone], this usually means the pads are worn when the wear indicator [a little piece of steel riveted to one of each pair] is contacting the disk to give you a little time to get it replaced.
