Damn good job there J. You're hired! So, have you been able to notice a difference between the current and former radiator? I'm guessing you mean a radiator with dual rows of tubing instead of the flat ribbon tubing. I had a chance to really test my cooling system (with a healthy standard radiator) and AC the past few days since we've had 100+ (plus tropical humidity) temps here in SoCal. And since it was a holiday today, the beach drive was extremely crowded, making it a start stop crawl at times. In that traffic (high 80's temps) without the AC on, I watched the temp guage rise into the 225F range a few times, and never lower than 210 or so. Makes me wonder what the difference would be if the car had a dual row radiator. It also has the 82C fan switch and the 180F thermostat. A busy day for the right side fan. Once the car began to move at all, the temps would lower to normal running range.
