If you do have to retrofit an EGR system, you'll need the intake manifold that includes the port opening plus the screw holes to mount the EGR valve, plus the exhaust piping and the PVS valve. You'll also need a throttle chamber that has a spare vacuum port. Many have three (distributor vac advance, fuel tank fume charcoal filter, plus one additional) ports, but I have seen them with just two, which means if you have one with just two ports, you'll also need the three port chamber.
Before you go through the trouble, be sure you have do it. I bought my 82 900T 8V two years ago. It had CA title and plates, but had originally come from Montana and it didn't include an EGR system. When I went to have it smog tested, the technician stated it needed an EGR system to pass the test. Well, he wasn't a native English speaker, so I asked to look at the official CA smog book which has all the details and specifics about each car and what they need. Turned out that according to a numbered footnote for that year and model, an EGR system was optional. I passed the test without one. I ended up retrofiting an EGR system on my car because of the intake charge cooling issues associated with exhaust gas recirculation. Anything to eliminate heat related pre-ignition during combustion was my thinking. The system works just fine.
