Jack up the car. Cut the wheel all the way to one side , if its the passenger side (US) you start with, cut the wheel to the left to expose the rear of the front suspension.
The sway bar is about 3/4 in in diameter comimg out from under the powersteering rack and bending about 90 degrees forward up to the lower "A" or control arm. It deadends into a cuplike holder that mounts onto the lower control arm facing the rear of the car and held on by two nuts (these are the ball joint bolts/nuts). There is a rubber bushing in that cup that surrounds the end of the sway bar. Spray some silicone lube in there. Jacking up the car helps to create some room around sway bar end. Clean any dirt away from the area. Get it inside, not outside and don't spray the disc brake.
Just above that mount, there is a shock absorber coming down from the inner fenderwell, its usually a black shock, but could be blue. It ends with a round mounted rubber bushing on a bolt that is welded to the lower control arm. Spray that rubber bushing on the end of the shock.
Clean any dirt away before you spray. Try this first, no tools so no risk, let us know how it works. The bushings described may eventually have to be replaced.
