Puzzled. New part wear-in?
My tech refilled the trans w MTL when it was rebuilt 11k ago. It was lt brown 1st time I checked it ('that's weird') and changed just it now: med brown. No red/pink. Still smelled like MTL.
Have used MTL for 2-3 yrs and though it paled, it never turned brown. P.S. no gear chips this time, but still a fuzzy plug magnet.
