>>(1) Very poor idling. At the light, I get 1500 rpm.
Don't screw ... er ... mess with the idle adjustment screw. Put it back the way it was. Next check to see whether the throttle position sensor is working correctly. It should have continuity (0 ohms) between pins 1 & 2 with the throttle closed. With the idle screw in the original position, you may want to loosen the screws holding it onto the intake manifold and adjust it so it clicks when the throttle is in the closed position. Sometimes the TPS is bad and it hangs before letting the throttle close completely. I've seen a few of these. Other times, the TPS closed-position contacts go bad and don't tell the ECU that it needs to go into idle mode. I had one of these.
>>>(2) In the morning, the car has trouble holding idle(not even at 1500rpm). It would stumble and die. After a few minutes, this [s]tops.
Very likely a bad AMM, vacuum leak, or NTC sensor. AMM is the prime candidate for this symptom - followed by a vacuum leak. Swap the AMM with a known good one. See how the car runs with it unplugged when cold.
Make sure that all of the clamps on the turbo induction boots are tight. If you haven't replaced it already, replace the rubber bushing that holds the large PCV connector into the plastic turbo inlet duct. Those get oil-soaked and go bad after a decade or so.
If the vacuum hoses are old, just change them and change the bushings that hold the vacuum nipples into the valve cover and intake manifold.
SPGs ride roughly, if that's what you mean by riding like S**T. That's the nature of the beast.
