A couple things that work okay:
1) Buy a vacuum pump ($35-$45) and try to suck the fluid from the slave bleed valve
2) Buy a MightyVac transfer pump ($10-$15) and set it up so it draws from a can of brake fluid. Connect the tire inflation line to the other end of the pump and remove the tire valve. Using a butt connector, connect the other end of the tire inflation line to a piece of vacuum hose and connect the vacuum hose to the place where the master draws fluid from the brake reservoir. Pump away-- this will pressurize the system. Only difficulty is getting rid of that one bubble that forms when you connect the master back to the reservoir. I'm still working on this one, but I'm hoping for good results once I solve that one little wrinkle. I'm wondering whether it would rise to the surface if I just let it sit long enough...
