The hose drains the box around the AC coils located in the engine bay directly under the vents cut in the top side of the hood. To make sure the drains (there are two) are clear; Make sure the recirculation button in the 'outside air' position. Open hood, look down in box under the vent, you'l see leaves and etc (old spark plug?, dead rodent?) piled up in the bottom. Be careful as you stick your hand in the box as you don't want to bend the fins on the AC or get your hand torn open on the points of various screws. The drain holes are in the bottom corners. A shop vac with a crevice tool works well just run it along the bottom of the box. Test the drains by pouring a small amount (1/2 cup ?) of water in the box and see if it drains underneath the car. You may have to screw around with it awhile if the tubes themselves are clogged, but it's always unclogged for me by clearing the junk from the top and pouring some water down in the box to flush it out. Postings on this site have described putting screen over the hole to prevent the junk build up, I just check it every month or so and clean out the gunk when the leaves are falling. Good luck.
