Even though you have fresh fluid you could still have a heat problem causing these symptoms I have a 1990 900 turbo with ABS of course. I had same symtoms at first then lights would come on after shorter and shorter period in traffic ( I drive in NYC to get home) I fliushed fluid with good Dot 4 (who knows if the prior owner used dOT 3 ) and lights went out for entire summer then one winter later at begining of next summer lights reared there ugly heads again. So then I sensed that the problem really was a heat build up rather than pressure problem as I could drive with lights on for infinite stops with no loss of power to brakes. What I did was take a rag or paper towel and cleaned all the plastic brake lines I could see especially front brakes. Since then no lights all summer and believe me this was a hot one. Try this it will solve ypur problem
