Could also be a bent wheel or a bad tire like MS said. Try this. Jack up the car and try to wiggle the front tire left and right while pulling toward you. If the bearing is bad you will feel some play. Also make an inverted "L" out of dowels or a hanger. Stick the bottom in a block of 2x4. Put the edge of the "L" against the outside edge of the RF wheel and spin it slowly. See if the distance between the "L" and wheel changes. If so, probably a bent rim. If not,put the flat side of the "L" 1/4 in off the tire tread and spin slowly. If the tire has a bad spot you should see it. If all else fails, swap the front and rear tires and see if it changes. Not all bad wheel bearings are noisy, just most. Good luck.
