Purchased car a week ago. Passenger's heated seat is inoperative. Driver's is turned on, and wife was sitting in seat. Today I looked under seat, and the lower end of the seat heater spring is not hooked, so I don't think the switch could ever make contact when seat is sat in? Anyone can help with info on where the lower end of the spring should be hooked, please?
Sure would be nice if that's the problem! I've repaired some before, but it was years ago (the yellow plastic-coated ones).
