The leather SAAB boot works great with a MOMO knob. If you con't have a leather boot on yours, I seem to remember that it's either a NG 900 or 9000 leather shifter boot will fit.
I've got a MOMO shift knob on mine - it's the style that is shaped to the contours of your hand. The thing about the Saabsaviour short shifter to be aware of is that it spins around its axis, so the hand grip on the style MOMO knob I have will always be moving around on you.
The Saabsaviour shifter is a nice, nice piece of machining and will be wonderfully precise. with a normal nondirectional shifter knob.
