I am assuming that your car is tuned up and no vacuum leaks, so you should have no problem with CO2 and CO. NOX might give you a problem if your catalytic converter and/or O2 sensor is original. Borderline NOX failures are common. You can reduce NOX by retarding timing from 16 BTDC to 14 BTDC. If spark gaps have eroded, regap to 0.024. Should get you through without cat/O2 sensor replacement.
