That squeak is the sound of brake pads rubbing on the rotor.
When you take your foot off the brake pedal, the brake pads don't spring back. They do stop squeezing the rotor. Slight imperfections in the rotor actually push the pads back. However, the pads aren't going to pull away from the rotor, so there is always some (minor) rubbing.
The rubbing is causing the squeak - this is just like running a wet finger around the rim of a glass. It causes the pads to vibrate, and that vibration is the sound you hear. When you hit the brake, the pads seat, and the vibration damps out.
It may very well go away by itself. If the pads were badly worn, there may be some ridges on the rotor, and one particularly high ridge may be just brushing the pad.
If the problem persists, you can put anti-squeal compound on the pads. This is a gummy compound that goes on the BACK of the brake pad. It damps out vibration. It would require removing the pads to apply.
I would expect premium service from a dealer, as they charge premium prices. I would ask if they applied anti-squeal compound, if if they didn't, why not, as the brakes are making noise.
