Either I am an idiot or directions are over simplefied. I am having a problem with equalization on rear brakes. I pulled off the wheel on the weak side, pads seem to be worn equally, though hardly worn at all. When spinning the disc with the wheel off, it seemed to bind halfway through rotation, so I suspect a warped rotor. It appears to be worn evenly, and there were no vibrations present when slowly applying the r\e-brakes under speed. I could not get a good look at the backside of the rotor.
I COULD NOT REMOVE THE D#$@ 14MM PLUG to get to the adjustment screw. Tried prying on edge, banging with a punch in from the edge to oen a space for a screw driver. I gave up after an hour , assuming I probably need a rotor anyway.
QUESTIONS: How do you get that damn plug out? Is there a trick?
How is the rotor actually removed? I knw the front wheels have torx screws holding them on, but I did not see them on the rear.
Any help will be appreciated.
