hello-- I brought my car in under a month ago to Jiffy lube and got a transmission flush on my car, to clean it out, as it needed it. Since then I was smelling small amounts of gas in the car, and more so for the past couple of days. I thought it was just small amounts spilled when I filled up, I noticed that this week's half tank of gas yeilded only 90miles of travel before I hit the Reserve.
So, fast forward to today, when I hop in the car, and it won't start. AAA came to recharge the battery, but no luck.
Where do I start with this? Is there any way that work done at Jiffy Lube could have contributed? If so what follow up questions should/can I ask. At any rate, I've got to tow it to the garage tonight. This has me quite stressed, as I don't have a regular mechanic, and not much $$ dedicated to this. (I'm in the boston area if anyone knows how much this will set me back)
Thanks in advance------------
