Fairly easy to do. Here's what i remember... First remove driver's seat(unplug seat heater wiring and remove two allen bolts at front crossemember, then rock seat back and lift out of rear bracket). Then remove rear plastic console (2 pieces -screws under rubber front bellows and in rear ashtray...maybe a few more. Unplug switches and lift off the lower console pieces). Look on the side of the housing where the lock cylinder sits and you will see a small circle embossed. Carefully drill out this section of the housing. By turning the old cylinder with a key(trans in rev) you can expose a pin in the cylinder, through the opening you drilled. Press in this pin and you can lift out the old cylinder with the key as a handle. Install the new cylinder with the key in it. I seem to remember lining up the gear and tab at the bottom, but it basically drops right in. Whole process takes about 1/2 hour.
