Some time ago I read on some long-forgotten SAAB site that it is not uncommon for a clutch master to fail after a clutch job. The site's intended audience was technicians, and basically said to advise customers that they may be back with a bad master after a clutch job.
When I replaced my clutch almost a year ago, my clutch master died some months later. Same symptoms as yours. No pressure in the cold overnight. Fine after warm-up. No fluid leaking.
What's happening in cold weather is the failing seals in the clutch master are shrinking so you lose pressure. Colder it is, more shrinking you get. Once you get some heat going, things tighten back up & you're fine for the rest of the day.
The OEM part is made by Lockheed. Saabnet sponsors sell the identical unit for ~$80 IIRC. @ your mileage I would replace the clutch line, too. the hose gets tired. I think it was ~$45-50. You might also try a hydraulic shop - they could take your existing line & fit a new hose. The orientation is important - make sure they maintain the existing angles or it won't fit back in the car.
Bentley instructions are lame btw; I had to move water reservoir & alternator to get at it - they don't mention this. Have a water hose nearby to get at leaked brake fluid. Attach the clutch line to the master before you tighten the master's bolts @ the firewall.
Curiously, my failing brake master is worse when it's warm, not cold, i.e., the pedal goes to the floor faster on hot days..
