Congrats on your acquisition and welcome to TSN.
Look at the vacuum nipple on the left side of the intake manifold, often the hose gets knocked off when the oil filter gets changed.
On general principles, you may want to change all of the hoses and rubber bushings that hold the vacuum nipples into the intake manifold and valve cover. Vacuum leaks are the bane of the Turbo driver.
