Probably have some blowby in the oil, but not a significant amount. And certainly, any acid was neutralized by the base in the oil.
Oil filter will remove dirt, small twigs, roller skates, etc. It doesn't take out water, dirt particles smaller than the specs of the oil filter media, fuel, or other liquids.
I've run a number of analyses over the years, and find the AMSOIL still suitable for continued use after 10,000 miles/1 year of use.
