Justin, I'd love to tell you that everything is probably perfect with your car, but lets look at he worst case scenario. Worst Case Scenario: Your A-arms really are bent, you just can't tell by looking at them.
Wheel bearing balls have nice flat spots on them.
Rim IS bent (spin it on the tire machine to find out)
Knuckle and probably ball joints are definitely hammered if you hit the curb that fast.
If you bent the knuckle (heavy ass piece of equipment) count on a weakened CV joint, not-so-straight halfshaft, and hammered inner driver.

Here are your options:
1. Completely rebuild entire side (inner driver, complete halfshaft, A-arms (bushings while youre at it), knuckle with wheel bearing, ball joints, alignment. Pros: It's definitely right on and like new. Cons: Money (but not much really because you can use a lot of used shit here)
2. Fix the stuff that appears to be wasted, seems to work, but the car just doesn't handle like it used to, eats tires 3 meals a day, undue stress on already hammered CV joint, needs an alignment everytime you hit a seam in the road, won't go in the snow like it used to, and is basically half-safe. Pros: Cheap Cons: see #2
By the way, you can do ALL of that work yourself easily with a bently manual and a bunch of caffeine. If you are interested in dragging the thing to Greene, NY (near Binghamton) we could slide it into the garage and go at it for a few hours and be done with it. All you have to buy is parts and beer. There's a saab dealership and a plethora of junkyards nearby too. You in?
