What to do next (open ended question)

I've been pondering what to tackle next on my '88 900s (automatic). There are little issues such as burnt out lights, a few loose wires, etc. But there are larger issues like rpm hunting at idle, loss of shifting when really cold (goes away after a minute or two), fixing the brake light ground issue that has been plaguing me, general feeling that there is a lack of power, etc. I was wondering what job should I tackle next that would give me the most benefit in performance/longevity of the car. I think my options include:
1) Check all the vaccuum tubing, since I suspect alot of it is questionable. I have no idea how much is there or how long it would take.
2) Fix the brake light ground so I don't blow any more brake relay (module)
3) Clean the AIC
4) Replace interior canopy so it stops drooping
5) Figure out why speakers don't work
6) Fix the passenger heated seat (hasn't worked in years)
7) Flush coolant
The whole reason that some of these items were left go is that before 6 months ago, I never had a garage to keep the car in and work in. Now that I have one, I want to spend every night in it fixing up the car. My honey doesn't like that I'm spending more time with the car than her :-) Anyway, there probably isn't one correct answer to this question, just looking for opinions.
