Until I replaced the valve cover gasket on my 82T, I had a regular oil leak like that one. New gasket, no more leak. The older 8V distributor O ring was also prone to leaking, with the solution being the same - new O ring. Don't know about the later 16V distrib O rings (if any) such as yours. Also, that sure is one rusty looking engine - the exhaust manifold, manifold bolt heads. Not sure what you can do about that if you live in a wet climate or near the ocean. Replacement parts I guess. If there's a lot more rust than what is indicated in the pic, I'd recommend you at least take a wire brush and some spray lubricant and apply it to the effected areas (except the manifold where any lubricant will just burn away).
