If it is final drive fluid, Heavier than oil, a little more odor, it's most likely leaking from the output shaft. This is where the inner drivers go into the differential. There is seal where the shaft goes through the housing, and another where the housing mates to the differential. Like trog said, the only way to know is to get underneath and take a look. It could also be a cover gasket for the inspection cover on the back side.
Why are you starting the car and just going up and down the drive every 2 days. You're probably doing more harm than good. You'de be better off to let it sit for the winter with the battery disconnected, throw a a trickle charger on the battery once a month, or start it up and drive enough to get to opperating temp ever 2-3 weeks. Starting and running it for short periods just puts more contamination in the oil with no real benefit, other than to stave off Saab withdrawl.
