As I recall, you have recently new shocks, so you shouldn't have the typcial difficulty of removing the frozen top nut(s). For the lower bolt, it's as simple as cracking the nut loose, slightly jacking up the wheel assembly to take load off shock and wiggling the shock off the lower mount. A little silicone spray helps with removal and refitting. The upper bushings just sit on the top mount post, so they are easily slid off. The lower ones may need a little force, but they are not machine shop press-in type. You could make up a tool with a big bolt, washers and nut to press the existing one out and new one it. I used a homemade tool such as that for my lower a-arm bushings. As I mentioned initially, if you have recently had the shocks replaced, they should easily come off - that's the hardest part of the job because the oem top mounts are stuck.
