Forget the numbers... You need new rotors and brakes, plain and simple. SO, what do you do? Buy new ones and install. Maybe 1 hour work for all 4. Replace brake pads at same time adds 1 hour. You need a large 5 inch "C" clamp, a metric ratchet set, a 10mm box wrench, a metric Allen wrench set (specifically 4mm), and you need to relax. It is easy.

If you are interested, I can post step by step instructions on how to replace brake pads. You cannot do rotors without pads unless you want to kill the rotors.

This job will cost about $170 for rotors and $40 for brakes. Local motor shoppe might be able to lend you the tools.
