as you can easily do more harm than good. Leave the rear alone as an error can leave you set up for the piston to come too high in the bore and pinch the o-ring. Furthermore it can be done w/o pulling pan. Front one is easy enough with the right tools (that spec is INCH-lbs!) and a circlip limits the piston travel. The procedure is in the Haynes manual I think. Try Townsend site too or, of course, the Saab AT manual.
