Changing Ignition assembly now, need help...

Background: PO installed toggle switch and push button start. Thank the Saab God that he didn't cut the wires, just used male connectors for his "speaker wire" wiring job.
I just installed a complete ignition switch and gear assembly, but I have ONE wire connector that's a bit different, left over. It has 3 wires connected to a female connector (brown/white, green, white/brown) This wire is hot when ignition is on. It has a clear cover instead of the black plastic cover of the ignition wires, but comes from the same wire loop. Car starts and runs fine. I can't find what this wire is for - No luck with my Bentley or the Bentley Electrical Supplement. Any help before I assemble this poor car back together again would make my night.
