front suspension (what else should I replace?)

Car is 1988 900 S w/ 99k miles on the odo. I've heard lately a clunking sound when I drive over bumpy roads and yesterday while performing a u-turn I felt a rather disturbing shift in the steerting wheel when turned all the way in one direction.
My comclusing is that I need to remove and replace all the front suspension components which might have failed. Having already learned my lesson about doing repairs while the part is accessible (ie replacing slave cylinder on a 9k and not replacing clutch at the same time) I plan to replace as much as possible for preventative maintainence's sake.
Currently on the list is 4 balljoints (Saab oem), 2 tie rod ends (trw), and two shocks (Boge/sachs). What else sould I attend to? I'm not keen on replacing the steering rack, I'm pretty sure that the CV joints are fine as well. How difficult is it to replace the control arm pivot bushings? The rubber ones seem cheap enough. What about anti-sway bar? Is this held on by bushings as well?
Thanks,
NT
