yup, at first it looks easy, but... you have to pry up the liner material and screens to get a grip on the nuts that are securing the screws. Three of them are easy to get to, the last inner one is a real pain to get a grip on. If you force it too much, you will tear or bend the screen and end up with a real mess. When I replaced the original 4x10's with some new Kenwoods, I left that last screw out--- it's not really necessary. The screen and liner are flexible and fit back in easily. If you search this BB on "rear speakers", "4x10", etc. you will find lots of details, and some funny stories, about how difficult this simple repair can be!
