82 is also the year they added the APC system. Some 82 T car's have one (like mine) and some do not. In fact, those initial new and improved 82 T's were a special "25th year" (I still don't know what they were celebrating) commemorative edition. That's the one I've got, which came with the aforementioned APC, sun roof, power everything, slate blue exterior with blue tinted side mirrors, tinted wheels and black trim. And the new wheel bearing assembly as described in the manual you refer to.
