-Insert Spacers (or similar) under upper control arm to unload suspension and make extraction of driveshaft possible.
-Jack Car
-Remove Wheel
-Remove Caliper and hang
-Remove Rotor studs and rotor
-Remove Axle nut (use deep-well socket w/ breaker bar if needed)
-Remove lower shock mount
-Remove ABS sensor if ABS equiped.
-Remove Balljoint (2 bolts) from lower a-arm
-Do the same for upper joint (just the 2 bolts)
-Remove steering spindle from drive shaft, and car.
-Locate and remove the 6 bolts/nuts through the lower side of the car, where the a-arm attached to the frame.
-Remove lower a-arm and mounting brackets from car.
-Pull (with a lot of force) the mounts off the ends of the a-arms.
I do not know how to remove the bushings from the mounts. Mine were perfect even after 140k!
-Install is exact reverse of removal. EXCEPT be sure that you bend the safty clip for the 6 bots against the nuts so that they do not spin off!
