It's about a 3.5 on a 1-10 difficulty scale.
You're lucky that it's a non-turbo, because you don't have the extra stuff in the way of the clutch cover.
Not including the time spent in sawing the slave cylinder in half (and running out to the pick-n-pull to find a good used slave when I found that I had to saw the slave in half), it me took about 3 hours at a leisurely pace.
Here's a link to the Townsend Imports page with the procedure. If you decide to do the work, we'll walk you through taking the clutch cover off and some of the detail things that Tom glosses over in his description. You'll also want a set of metric allen wrenches to unbolt the slave (unless you're lucky enough to have one with 10 mm hex bolts) and you'll also need a set of torx bits to take the driver's side fan off.
You will want to replace the primary shaft seal in case it gets nicked as you pull the primary shaft.
If there's a lot of clutch disc material left, you could reuse it. It's no additional work to replace the clutch disc, throwout bearing, and pressure plate once you've gotten to the point that you're removed the slave cylinder to replace it.
Check site sponsors for prices on a whole clutch kit including the slave. If you have a non-turbo, it's around $170 for the parts.
