We need to know more, like what is the car doing that you think it is not running on all 4 cylinders. IOs it just one cylinder, or is it an engine that is just running rough. Is it turbo? Without more information, it is like telling a doctor I feel bad, why? How can the doctor diagnose you without better information.
You can start looking for problems by:
1) Check all vacuum hoses for holes and for hoses having fallen out of place.
2) Change the air filter if yours is old or dirty.
3) Change the plugs to NGK 7 series. Old ones might have problems.
4) Change the distributer rotor, cap, and wires. Old ones might have problems.
5) Check the coil to see if it is good. An automotive shoppe, (not a mechanic) should be able to do that for free.
6) Let the car warm up before you drive it.
I wish you well, and hope you can answer more questions so we all can help you more.
